Above all primarily equipments that have been designated as three years (36 months) for the lifecycle but those will be maintained and supported by IT department until they are replaced when it will not able to use. Total Lifecycle 3 yrs plus service period 2 yrs will be five year(60 months).

The cost must not over 30% of the original price for replacement or maintenance charges.
At least one year able to use after maintenance process.
Will not have service process after total lifecycle (five years), the computer will be disposal or write off.
When computers are replaced, the old computer must be returned to IT department during the deployment process. IT department will hold this computer for a period of a week to ensure that all data was transferred properly during the deployment. When possible, users may be given the option to purchase their old computer for fair market value determined by IT department.
